Room floors were in dire need of a clean, leaving our socks looking like they’d been on an adventure. We found a cockroach and some small ants on counters, which didn’t help ease any of my concerns. The kids' splash pool felt frigid, making it less enjoyable for our little ones; even kid-friendly amenities like the game room could use extended hours. Parts of the property, like the elevators and surrounding pavers, feel like they could use a little TLC for safety and navigation ease.

Despite the modern look, the absence of fitted sheets and mattress protectors made for a less comfortable night's sleep than I expect in a place like this.
